Using your pass you can get to Uji from the following cities with a short

From Kyoto to Uji
From Kyoto Station, take the express or local train on the Database JR Nara Line to Uji Station . These stations are very close to each other, and the journey takes only 20 to 30 minutes. This proximity makes Uji a great option for a day trip if you find yourself in Kyoto.

Osaka to Uji
From Osaka Station or Shin-Osaka Station, take the JR Kyoto Line to Kyoto Station , and then change to the JR Nara Line to Uji Station.

From Tokyo to Uji
From Tokyo Shinagawa Station , take the Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen Line to Kyoto Station . In Kyoto, make a change to the Nara Line to Uji Station. The trip will take around three hours.
